This led to continuous learning and growth of the employee’s knowledge and resulted in increased productivity and employee satisfaction. This was because employees were feeling more and more empowered. Employees were offered substantial compensations and bonuses were given after positive appraisals and an assessment by the supervisors of the work quality. This made employees very conscious of work quality and therefore increased their efficacy.
