All the emails would be sent to the customers from the domain of “@essaytube”. If the customer receives email from any other domain, EssayTube shall not be held responsible for that.

Delivery Policy

All the orders shall be delivered to the email address provided by the customer. Through the online web-based system, the customer and writer interact anytime they want. However, company shall not be liable if:

• The customer does not receive the delivery due to technical issues with the internet services at the customer’s end.
• The customer provides incorrect email address
• The customer does not have internet access and the deadline for the paper submission is crossed because of that.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

When the customer places the order it is assumed that he/she has read and agreed with the disclaimer and terms and conditions of the company. In company’s payment policy, it is mentioned that “once the order has been placed and paid, the amount shall become non-refundable.” The services at EssayTube are open 24/7 and the orders are received and assigned every other moment, because punctuality and productivity are one of the prior concerns of EssayTube. For the purpose of cancelling the paper, the customer shall contact the company within twelve (12) hours of the time of placing the order, or otherwise, the whole amount shall become non-refundable.

If, in case, the customer cancels the paper within twelve (12) hours of the order placement, he/she is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount, the remaining amount shall be taken as service charges.

Refund Time Duration
