However, the customer shall not present the paper delivered by the company as written on his/her own. The papers delivered by the company shall strictly be used as a reference to finalize the personally written original academic paper before submission. The content of the academic papers delivered by EssayTube is unique and absolutely free of plagiarism, and they are written for the core purpose of providing help to the students by reducing their efforts of research, format, and other time consuming efforts.

It is therefore advised not to use the company delivered order as final document for the academic purpose, or otherwise, the company shall not be held liable for any serious consequences.

Delivery

As per the delivery policy mentioned in the terms and conditions of the company, all the papers shall be delivered to the customers on the email id provided in the order form. If the customer does not receive the paper, or receives late due to

• Incorrect email address in the order form
• No access to the internet by the customer
• Technical issues at the end of internet services of the customer
• Any other reasons on the part of the customer

The company shall not be held liable.

For the purpose to ensure that the email id is correct, the customer receives a confirmation email from EssayTube immediately after the order is placed.

To Cancel the Order

Once the order has been placed and payment received, it is immediately assigned to relevant writer so that there are no delays in the order delivery. Therefore, the amount becomes non-refundable. However, if the customer wants to cancel the order, he/she must inform the company within twelve (12) hours of the placing of order, after which, the customer is entitled to:

50% of the total amount as refundable when the order is cancelled within 12 hours of the time the order is placed.

50% shall be taken as service charges.

Payment of the Order

Instructions in the Order

Once the customer has paid for the order, it shall be assumed by the company that the instructions given in the paper are final and customer wants the writer to do the paper in accordance to that. For any additions or alterations made thereon, it shall be considered as new order and payment shall be charged accordingly.

It is therefore advised to the customer to read the order form carefully before placing the order.

Plagiarism in the Paper

Revision

The customer is entitled to revisions unlimited times with Zero charges within three weeks of the delivery of the order. The customer should read the paper as soon as it is delivered so that if he/she is not satisfied, can get the revisions free of cost within three of the order delivery date. After three weeks the paper is discarded assuming that the customer is satisfied.
